Prawn Tempura
Ingredients and Condiments
1/2 cup rice wine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 quarts oil for deep frying
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup ice water
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon shortening
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Procedure:
1. In a medium bowl, mix rice wine and salt. Add Ajinomoto Umami super Seasoning. Place shrimp into the mixture. Cover and marinate.
2. Heat oil in deep-fryer.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, ice water, cornstarch, egg yolk, salt, white sugar, shortening and baking powder.
4. One at a time, dip shrimp into the flour mixture to coat. Carefully place a few shrimp at a time in the hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown on all sides, about 1 1/2 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove from oil. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm

Hot Wings
You Will Need:
2 lbs chicken wings
salt and pepper to taste
oil for deep frying
¼ cup butter
¼ cup hot pepper sauce
1 Tbsp white vinegar
Blue Cheese Dip
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
½ cup sour cream
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp white vinegar
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
Blend together blue cheese dip ingredients, cover, and chill until ready to serve
Heat oil in deep fryer to 370 degrees
Season wings with salt and pepper
Fry wings in batches of 5-7 for about ten minutes until cooked through and crispy
Remove wings with slotted spoon onto paper towel lined plate
In a small sauce pan, melt butter
Remove heat
Stir in hot sauce and vinegar
Combine wings and sauce in a large bowl, tossing to coat thoroughly
Serve with blue cheese dip

Simple Sinigang recipe
3 cloves of ginger
1 pcs onion
3 pcs of tomatoes (optional)
2 pcs of eggplant
1 bunch of onchoy (kangkong), or lettuce
1/2 bunch of green beans or sitaw
1lb pork
cooking oil
sinigang mix or 4 lemmons (squiz)
salt and paper(it depends how much u want)
Procedure
1. Prepare meat cut it in a size you want
2. Get a cooking pot and then put cooking oil
3. Sautee garlic,onion and tomatoes(optional)
4. Add meat stir it
5. Add salt and pepper while stiring
6. Add 2 1/2 cups of water
7. Add sinigang mix or lemmon juice (squiz) and cover the pot and let it boil for 30 minutes
8. Add eggplant and grean bean or sitaw put in the medium hit
9. After 5 minutes adding eggplant put onchoy (kangkong)
10.And let it seamer for 2minutes and then ready to it.
